  • Tomatoes contain an impressive amount of vitamin k, vitamin c and vitamin A , as well as significant amounts of vitamin B6, thiamine.

        FOR SKIN:

  1.     HELPS TO DECREASE THE ACNE:

  •   Mash a tomato and then spread it's pulp evenly on your skin for an hour.

  • Rinse off with cold water.

  • Use it regularly can help to decrease the acne.

     

    2.  OPEN SPORES:

    • Use tomato juice on face to open the pores as ,

    • Add four drops of tomato juice to 1 tablespoon of water and apply it on your face with the help of a cotton ball.

    • Gently massage your skin with this mixture and leave it on for 15 minutes.

      • Rubbing the tomato slices to the blackheads can make the blackheads to be faded away.

       

      4. OIL FREE SKIN:

      • Take the tomato juice and add the cucumber juice to it.
